vintage black and white polka dot dress with black silk ribbon bow. the silk ribbon can be used to tighten or loosen the neckline of the dress. it is labeled a size S but can be adjusted due to the neckline - it can fit an S-M in my opinion! the wash label says it is viscose. when worn it hits just above the knee for me (5'9).
