all sales are final, and returns are not accepted in 99% of cases - the exceptions being issues with shipping carriers, or issues with the item that were my responsibility and not properly documented - which i aim to never let become an issue. however, if you are unsatisfied with an item, please reach out to me. i would love to help. if an item is not as described, i will react as promptly as possible and, if appropriate, issue a full refund. ♡
