Shipping policy

i am based in the netherlands and ship worldwide! i aim to ship all orders within 2-3 days of purchase. this timeframe may vary and is not a guarantee - however, if i am unable to process and ship an order within 3+ days, i will attempt to notify via an email.

buyers are responsible to pay any incoming customs, duties, taxes, and other shipping fees.

for U.S. orders

until August 29, 2025, most small parcels (≤ $800 value) entering the U.S. were exempt from import duty under the so-called “de minimis” rule, which made shipping lower-value items to U.S. customers much cheaper — no duty, etc. as of late august 2025, that exemption was abolished. now, all commercial shipments to the U.S., no matter how low the value, are subject to normal import duties and taxes and full customs clearance. my PostNL (my shipping provider of choice) is not set up with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping as of 2025 - all unexpected duties/taxes are to be paid by the buyer. it is very possible now that U.S. buyers will be asked to pay extra charges for the new import duties. i hope that eventually i will be able to switch to DDP shipping when it seems more financially realistic for me. for now i apologize for any hassle U.S. buyers may face. </3
