vintage eu label lacey blouse with sheer sleeves and ruffle/lace detailing. the sleeves are sheer but the body of it has a lining. it has functional buttons. the top has a babydoll silhouette and a super cute flattering fit with shorts or a skirt. :) the quality is near-perfect. there is a small dark stain on the right sleeve towards the top of it, but it is barely noticeable. it is labeled as an S but it could also fit an M, since it has a more flowy, babydoll shape!
