Comes with the original box. This style of Converse was a limited release and EU exclusive. They are made out of durable suede and leather. They are in overall good condition with some signs of aging (rubbing of the leather on the inner straps, general wear of the rubber soles and toe). I am a size USA 9 and I have a different pair of these in my size - I would say that they are true to size.
